How often should I use an ice bath?
That depends on your own goals, some people use them every day while others use them 2-3 times per week. A lot of our customers love doing them first thing in the morning to wake them up, increase energy and feel good for the day.
How often should I change the water?
Once every 2 weeks. We recommend washing the inside surfaces with warm soapy water or mild disinfectant after you drain it.
What temperature range can the chiller achieve, and how quickly does it cool or heat the water?
The Beyond Marina 1HP Ice Bath Chiller can cool water down to 37°F (3°C) and heat it up to 104°F (40°C), offering versatility for both cold plunges and warm therapy. The time it takes to cool or heat depends on the water volume and ambient temperature, but for a standard ice bath tub (up to 115 gallons or 435 liters), it typically reaches the desired temperature within a few hours. Once set, the temperature remains stable, ensuring a consistent experience.
