KAYAK
When choosing between the PVC Tarpaulin Kayak and the Drop Stitch Kayak, consider your intended use, budget, and needs:
- For calm waters, lighter weight, and better affordability, the PVC Tarpaulin Kayak is a good choice.
- For higher durability, stronger construction, and greater weight capacity, we recommend the Drop Stitch Kayak.

Yes, inflatable kayaks are often recommended for beginners due to their stability, ease of use, and portability. They are a great option for those who want to explore kayaking without the need for a rigid kayak or extensive storage space. It's always a good idea for beginners to start in calm waters and gradually progress to more challenging conditions.
Inflatable kayaks can offer comparable performance to hard-shell kayaks in terms of speed, maneuverability, and tracking. However, they may have slightly different handling characteristics due to their flexible structure. In general, inflatable kayaks are well-suited for recreational paddling, touring, and exploring calm waters.
The main difference lies in their construction and resulting features. The PVC Tarpaulin Kayak (e.g., ADVENTURER) features a drop stitch chamber solely in the bottom portion, making it lighter in weight and more cost-efficient. On the other hand, the Drop Stitch Kayak (e.g., EXPLORER and MARINER) utilizes drop stitch chambers for both the sides and the bottom, offering enhanced strength, durability, and higher weight capacity.
Yes, all BEYOND MARINA kayaks are versatile and suitable for a variety of water conditions, including calm lakes, rivers and coastal waters. However, it's important to always consider the specific kayak's design and stability for the intended use.
Yes, all our boats come with a HIN (Hull Identification Number), which is printed directly on the kayak. The physical paper MCO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) is included in the repair kit that comes with your kayak.
If you need an electronic version of the MCO for registration, please contact our customer service with your boat's HIN and size.
You can easily set up and store your inflatable kayak by following our quick video guides.
Please check the setup video for inflation and assembly, and the storage video for deflation and packing.

CHILLER
Yes, it can be used both indoors and outdoors. However, please note the operating temperature range for the chiller: the 1 HP model is recommended to operate between 0-45°C, and the 0.5 HP model is recommended to operate between 2-45°C.
The chiller works with most standard ice bath tubs. The 0.5 HP chiller is recommended to pair it with tubs up to 250 gallons (950 liters), and the 1 HP chiller is recommended to pair it with tubs up to 660 gallons (2500 liters).
The 1 HP chiller can heat water up to 107.6°F (42°C) and cool it down to 37.4°F (3°C), while the 0.5 HP model is cooling-only and can cool water down to 37.4°F (3°C). The 1 HP model can cool 53 gallons of water from 73.4°F (23°C) to 41°F (5°C) in just 2.7 hours, and the 0.5 HP model can chill 66 gallons from 91.4°F (33°C) down to 41°F (5°C) in about 4.5 hours. Cooling and heating times vary depending on water volume, starting temperature, and ambient conditions.
The 0.5 HP cold plunge chiller operates at less than 49 dB(A), and 1 HP ice bath chiller operates at less than 65 dB(A).
Yes, the chiller can be controlled via a mobile app with WiFi connectivity. This allows remote management through a dedicated smartphone app, offering these key benefits:
Remote adjustments: Change settings like temperature from anywhere with internet.
Real-time monitoring: Track performance and water temperature.
Scheduling: Set timers for automated operation.
This app control adds convenience, letting you maintain ideal conditions without being near the device. For your specific model, please check the product specs.
Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network—the chiller cannot connect to 5GHz. If confirmed, try restarting the chiller, your WiFi router, and the app. If the issue persists, please contact customer support.
It depends on usage frequency. If used daily, it's recommended to clean it at least once a week. If used once a week, it's recommended to clean it once a month.
Replace it whenever it looks dirty or clogged. With daily use, replacement is generally required every 2 months.
This error occurs due to insufficient water flow. For detailed steps, please refer to the video.
ICE TUB
That depends on your own goals, some people use them every day while others use them 2-3 times per week.
We recommend starting out at around 59°F (15°C) if it's your first time, and then slowly lowering the temperature and duration for each session.
Once every 2 weeks. We recommend washing the inside surfaces with warm soapy water or mild disinfectant after you drain it.

EFOIL
An eFoil, short for electric hydrofoil, is a type of watercraft that uses an electric motor to power a hydrofoil, enabling it to glide above the water's surface. It provides a unique and exciting riding experience.
Efoiling requires some practice and is more challenging than riding a regular SUP board. Most eFoil models have intuitive controls and stability features. Beginners are recommended to start with a handlebar eFoil for extra stability.
When practiced responsibly and with the necessary precautions, eFoiling is considered a safe water activity. However, as with any water sport, there are inherent risks. It's important to wear appropriate safety gear, receive proper training and be aware of your surroundings.
Efoils can be ridden in many types of water, including lakes, rivers and oceans. However, it's important to check local regulations, permits, and any restrictions that may be in place. Always ride in designated areas and be aware of other water users.
The eFoil can reach a maximum speed of 37 mph.
The maximum load capacity is 286 lb.
The battery provides 60–90 minutes of ride time per full charge, and it takes approximately 2.5 hours to fully charge.
