Shipping Time

All orders are typically processed within 3 business days after the order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 3–14 business days, depending on your location, carrier availability, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Please note that we currently do not offer expedited shipping.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on eligible products within the USA, Canada, Germany, the UK, and Japan.

Address Accuracy & Missing Packages

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an address error is discovered after the order has been placed, BEYOND MARINA may not be able to correct it before shipment. Please provide accurate shipping information to avoid delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost packages.

If an order is lost or incorrectly delivered due to an error in the customer’s shipping information, BEYOND MARINA cannot be held responsible for the lost items.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges before the order can be reshipped.

Package Damage

We recommend checking the package carefully upon delivery.

If you notice visible damage to the package or product, please take clear photos or videos immediately. If the contents appear damaged, you may refuse the package by noting “refused due to damage” with the courier.

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and photos or videos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and you may receive more than one shipment notification.

Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
