RETURN POLICY

RETURN PROCEDURE

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team. Once we receive your request, we will process it within 3 days and contact you with further instructions.

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that all returns are accompanied by the original packaging. Please keep the box for 30 days in case you decide to make a return, as any lost items may delay the refund process.

Once we receive the return package, it may take up to 5 days for us to inspect and process the items. In the event that the product is damaged or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to BEYOND MARINA, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion. If your return is approved, we will credit the refund to your original method of payment within a maximum of 14 days, although there may be a delay in the display of the refund. In the case of an exchange, we will verify and process any cost differences between the original product and the exchanged item.

EXCHANGE & REFUND 

Upon receipt of a warranty return, and after our routine checks, we will be able to process your case and either exchange or refund your item as agreed:

  • Up to 3 days: During the first 3 days of the warranty, if your item is found to be missing parts, damaged or defective within 3 days of delivery, we will promptly replace the item or its parts at no additional charge, including shipping (in the case of a return).
  • Up to 30 days: During the first 30 days of the warranty, a refund or replacement may be offered.
  • 30 to 180 days: Between 30 days and 180 days after receipt of your product, a new replacement may be offered.
  • After 180 days: After 180 days, where appropriate, a like-for-like refurbished replacement may be offered. 

In some cases, where appropriate, replacements may be arranged without the need for a return. This is BEYOND MARINA's preferred method in line with our sustainability outlook.

VERIFICATION & RESOLUTION

Upon receiving and verifying your returned product, we will send you an email notification acknowledging the receipt. At BEYOND MARINA's sole discretion, we reserve the right to repair or replace defective parts or products with equivalent ones. The repair or replacement process may take up to 14 business days to complete. Once the process is finalized, we will return the product to you at our expense.

This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights under laws.
