Warranty Policy
At BEYOND MARINA, all products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies to BEYOND MARINA products purchased directly from us or from an authorized sales channel. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
What Is Covered
Our 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If your product has a confirmed manufacturing defect during the warranty period, BEYOND MARINA may, at our discretion, provide replacement parts, repair support, a product replacement, or another appropriate solution based on the issue.
Missing Parts, Shipping Damage, or Defects Upon Delivery
If your item arrives with missing parts, visible shipping damage, or a defect, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After verification, we will assist you with a suitable solution as soon as possible.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic scratches, stains, fading, or discoloration from use

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence

Damage caused by improper inflation, over-inflation, or incorrect PSI

Damage caused by exceeding the recommended weight capacity

Damage caused by impact, punctures, dragging, sharp objects, or rough surfaces

Damage caused by improper storage, prolonged sun exposure, extreme temperatures, or chemicals

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

Loss, theft, or damage caused by accidents or third parties

Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers
Any unauthorized modification or repair may void the warranty.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

Photos of the product label, valve area, or relevant parts if applicable
We may request additional information to verify the issue.
Warranty Period for Repaired or Replaced Products
Repaired or replaced products or parts are covered for the remaining period of the original 1-year warranty. The warranty period does not restart after a repair or replacement.
Limitations of Warranty Coverage
BEYOND MARINA is not responsible for incidental or consequential costs related to a warranty claim, including but not limited to loss of use, transportation, storage, or other indirect costs, to the extent permitted by law.
