Return, Exchange & Refund Procedure

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team before sending the item back.

To help us process your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product name or model
  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • Photos or videos showing the product condition
  • Photos of the original packaging

We will review your request and provide further instructions within 3 business days.

Return Eligibility

For non-defective returns, the item must be new, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all original accessories, manuals, parts, and protective materials included.

Please keep the original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery. Products returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping

For returns that are not caused by a BEYOND MARINA error, shipping damage, missing parts, or a confirmed product quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs, original shipping charges, and expedited shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product quality issue.

Inspection and Refunds

After we receive the returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, exposed to water, not in its original packaging, or not in resalable condition, BEYOND MARINA may refuse the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

If you request an exchange, we will review the item condition and availability of the replacement product.

If there is a price difference between the original item and the replacement item, we will let you know before processing the exchange.

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
