Product Damage Policy
We strive to ensure that your equipment arrives intact. If any item is found to be missing parts, damaged, or defective within three days of delivery, we will replace the item or part at no cost to you. To file a shipping damage claim, please contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and aim to resolve it within 7 days. If approved, we will guide you through the next steps, which may include returning the original item before we can send a replacement. Rest assured, BM will cover the return shipping cost by providing shipping labels or reimbursing you upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt.

BM offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, within 30 days of delivery, you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can exchange or return the product for a full refund. Please note that after 30 days from the delivery date, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
All returns must be in the original packaging to avoid delays in the refund process. We recommend keeping the cardboard box for 30 days in case you decide to return the item.

If a return or exchange is necessary, you will be responsible for a non-refundable return shipping fee. As the transportation involves a third party, we cannot ensure the safe return of items independently. Consider utilizing a traceable shipping service, purchasing insurance, or requesting a return shipping quote from us.
Upon receiving the returned package, it may take up to 5 days to inspect and process the items. In the event that the product is damaged or missing parts due to a non-BM error, we reserve the right to provide a partial refund at our discretion. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days, although the display of the refund may be delayed.
