How to File and Process Warranty Claims for Paddle Boards

BM provides a limited warranty for our products. If you believe your situation falls within the warranty policy, please complete the warranty claim form below with detailed information.

Returning Your Warranty Product

To have your warranty product inspected, it must be shipped back to our warehouse. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned merchandise, as shipping costs are non-refundable. For higher-priced items, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee the delivery of your returned items.

Upon receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt. At BM's discretion, we will either professionally repair or replace defective parts or products with equivalent ones. Repairs and replacements may take up to 15 days to complete, after which the product will be returned to you at our expense.


2 Years Manufacturer Limited Warranty on all inflatable paddle boards (iSUPs) from the date of purchase. During this period, we guarantee no abnormal defects in workmanship and materials. We reserve the right to professionally repair or replace defective parts or products without any fees. However, certain conditions may void this warranty, including:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from impact with materials or objects
  • Use beyond intended purposes
  • Transportation damage
  • Improper storage conditions
  • Damage from wave impacts or ocean/lake bottoms
  • Heel dents or pressure dents
  • Storage in damp conditions
  • Overheating due to sunlight exposure
  • Fin or fin box damage
  • Use in rental or commercial environments
  • Accessories

    All paddle boards and accessories are eligible for a 180-day free trade-in from the purchase date. If you have a leaky paddle board or a malfunctioning air pump, you will receive a free replacement.
