Product Damage
We make every effort to ensure that your equipment is intact. If the item is found to be missing parts, damaged or defective within three days of delivery, we will replace the item/part without any cost for you. To file a shipping damage claim, please contact us. We will diagnose the problem as soon as possible and quickly evaluate your request, it usually takes up to 7 days to complete the above actions. If approved, we will contact you about the next steps. If a return is involved, you must return the original item before you can ship the replacement item. BM will cover the return shipping cost by providing shipping labels or using a valid shipping receipt to refund the shipping cost. After receiving and checking your return, we will start the replacement process as soon as possible.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
BM provides you with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can exchange or return the product for a full refund. After 30 days from the date of delivery, due to a change of mind, we can no longer provide refunds or exchanges.

All returns must use the original packaging. Any lost items will delay the refund process. So we encourage you to keep the cardboard box for 30 days in case you choose to return.

In the case of return or exchange, you will pay a non-refundable return shipping fee. Since the transportation involves a third party, we cannot independently guarantee the receipt of the returned items. Consider using a traceable shipping service, purchasing insurance, or contacting us for a return shipping quote.

After the package is returned, it may take up to 5 days to inspect and process the returned items. If the product is damaged or missing parts due to a non-BM error, BM will only make a partial refund at its discretion. If your return is approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days, but your refund display may be delayed. If an exchange occurs, we will process and check any cost differences between the original product and the exchange.
